Welcome to LemmeCook 11+ ("we", "our", "us"). LemmeCook 11+ is an online vocabulary training platform designed to help children prepare for the UK 11+ examination.

By accessing or using our website, applications, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Use by Children

LemmeCook 11+ is intended for use by children preparing for the 11+ exam, with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By allowing a child to use the Service, the parent or guardian:

• Confirms they are legally responsible for the child
• Consents to the collection and use of the child’s information as described in our Privacy Policy
• Accepts these Terms on the child’s behalf

2. Accounts

• Some features may require creating an account
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Parents or guardians are responsible for all activity carried out under a child’s account

3. Educational Content

All vocabulary lists, quizzes, practice tests, and learning materials are provided for educational purposes only.

While we aim to align content with commonly used 11+ exam standards (including GL-style practice), we do not guarantee exam outcomes or results.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Paid Subscriptions

Some features of the Service are available only through a paid subscription. Pricing and billing details are shown before purchase.

4.2 Payment Processing (Stripe)

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. LemmeCook 11+ does not store your full payment card details.

4.3 Recurring Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.5 Refunds

Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service
• Do not upload harmful or misleading content
• Do not share accounts without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, trademarks, and software associated with LemmeCook 11+ are owned by or licensed to us.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LemmeCook 11+ shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
